Key Lead - South Coast Plaza, abercrombie kids

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week and be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support the needs of the business.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.

Starting rate is $20.50 per hour, with a recruiting pay range of $20.50–$20.50 per hour and potential future modifications.
