Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About the Company Valligent is an established leader in appraisals, alternative valuations, QC and mobile technology and is seeking strong sales-oriented people with a proven track record to sell products for multiple divisions in the national Banks, Mortgage Lenders, Mortgage Servicers, Capital market institutions and all related financial services industries. This position will also support sales for our sister company, for services, such as AVMs, BPOs, and innovative valuation and appraisal products are available via division-based platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of property valuation management systems platform and web-based ordering
  • Acquiring and managing new business relationships through selling the Veros systems and analytics
  • Pursue business with national financial, lending, mortgage, and capital market institutions
  • Schedule appointments with prospects and make formal customer presentations
  • Professionally describe and demonstrate all Veros services
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals
  • Close new business in accordance to individual sales goals
  • Provide timely and accurate prospect and activity data for management reporting and forecasts
Qualifications
  • Ambitious, determined, and motivated to succeed
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar firm
  • Knowledge of residential collateral valuations (Appraisals, BPOs, AVMs)
  • Ability to quickly build trust, persuade potential buyers, and overcome objections
  • Creative prospecting, interviewing, and strong closing skills
  • Self-disciplined with strong work ethic
  • Travel as necessary
  • Strong group presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Energetic, positive and professional disposition
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
