Job Description

Pay: $24 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential

Full or Part-Time (up to 40 hours per week)

Community Outreach Partners is seeking an Ambassador Field Agent to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company supporting the sales initiatives for national brands in the telecom sector.

As an Ambassador Field Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers see if they qualify for free phone and affordable internet services. Be an ambassador in your community and help guide customers on how they can best use their government benefits. Earn a competitive income while helping people in your community get and stay connected. We pay a base hourly rate with bonus potential.

Additionally, as a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits that include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401K with match. You will also have access to healthcare resources and company discounts.

Responsibilities
  • Input customer information to qualify them for free and affordable products and services.
  • Provide information about the products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Help the customer activate their device.
  • Document and update customer records.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services available.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.
