S  Sports, Inc. is looking for an energetic, outgoing personality to join our team. We lead the market in personal care for athletes, and maintain a fun, vibrant atmosphere where your personality can truly shine!

This position is for an entry-level Sales Assistant who will work with the Sales Team to support with daily tasks. Must be available to work some weekend events.
This an in office position in Santa Ana, California. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop knowledge and thorough understanding of all products. Apply knowledge to provide appropriate recommendations/ solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships by checking in with our current customer base to identify inventory needs and facilitate the reordering process.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling, nurturing relationships.
  • Represent S  Sports at weekend events. You will be the face of the brand in our booth, interacting with athletes, sharing product knowledge and driving onsite sales.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new reseller partnerships by conducting structured cold calling campaigns and professional email outreach.
  • Research new markets and new customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust sales approach.
  • Assist Director of Sales with day-to-day tasks in the office.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Ability to perform simple calculations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have right-to-work in the U.S.
  • Ability to represent and communicate with a diverse population.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Works well independently and has advanced time management and organization skills.
Experience:

Sales experience is a bonus.

Compensation:
  • $20.00 per hour, plus opportunity to earn commission.
  • Full-time. 40 hrs.
  • High growth potential within a scaling company.
