Job Overview
Lead a team of sales professionals in Santa Ana, CA to drive profitable sales growth in the assigned territory. Recruit, develop, coach, and support new and existing Account Executives and ensure they meet weekly activity guidelines to achieve high performance. Evaluate and develop existing and new business opportunities through a consultative selling approach. Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure overall success of new sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team, setting formal activity guidelines and using technology‑based measurement systems.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop Account Executives.
- Ensure weekly activity targets and high performance are met.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to generate new accounts and grow existing ones.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong track record of managing sales professionals; professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling; strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact‑management software such as Salesforce.
- Experience: Minimum two years of business‑to‑business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service. Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- License Requirements/
Certifications:
Valid driver’s license.
- Will travel, including some overnight travel.
- Working environment/safety requirements as per company policies.

The salary rate ranges from $108,000 - $134,000 depending on circumstances including applicant’s skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
