Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a growing regional sales organization within a technology-focused environment. This position works cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to help drive revenue growth and deliver strong customer experiences.
The role focuses on qualifying incoming opportunities, managing recurring software renewals, maintaining clean sales pipelines, supporting smaller transactional deals, and assisting with order processing and account management. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

Core Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and customers
- Understand client needs and provide product guidance and solutions
- Manage software licensing and renewal activities within an assigned territory
- Assist regional sales team members with transactional business and opportunity tracking
- Prepare and configure pricing quotes using CRM tools
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity records in the CRM system
- Support additional sales initiatives and projects as needed
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or sales development preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Fast response time and sound decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
Target Earnings: Up to approximately $84,000 based on performance
