You might be setting up a brand activation booth, helping demo a trending tech product at an outdoor street market, or coordinating with your team to launch a weekend promo event in downtown Santa Ana. Every day is different — fast‑paced, interactive, and results‑driven.

• Set up and run branded pop‑up events in malls, outdoor spaces, and other busy public areas
• Approach and engage customers with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
• Share product knowledge, answer questions, and help customers make informed choices
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and on‑brand event display
• Track daily metrics and celebrate wins with your team
• Receive hands‑on mentorship, regular performance feedback, and structured career coaching
• Progress into Team Lead roles and Regional Supervisor opportunities for high performers
