Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help support our growing Regional Sales team in the Premises segment. This role requires tight interaction with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, managing our software-based renewal cycle, supporting pipeline hygiene and deal velocity, upselling complimentary products, as well as ensuring operational excellence in order fulfilment.
A key component to this role is building, maintaining, and expanding a strong relationship with our partner base and customers. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn the ins and outs of our business, and a self-motivated individual that takes initiative. - Builds and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition
- Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Hirsch's software-based products within designated territory
- Supports Regional Sales reps in designated territory with managing the sales cycle for run rate business (< $15K) as well as maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene
- Utilizes product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle
- Maintains integrity of accounts, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce
- Conducts ad hoc activities to support Sales segment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- 2+ years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers/partners and gains their trust and respect
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced & changing environment
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Strong Salesforce knowledge required
Pay & Perks: At Hirsch, we prioritize pay fairness. Your base salary plays a vital role in our comprehensive compensation structure, and it is established within a specific range. This structure allows for advancement as you gain experience and evolve in your role. Your salary and compensation will be determined based on various factors, including your geographical location, skill set, educational background, and work experience.
In the spirit of openness regarding compensation, the salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 with an on-target earnings of up to $84,000.
