An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator / Account Manager to join an established and growing print business specialising in large format, POS & signage
.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the print process, is commercially minded and can confidently manage customer requirements from initial enquiry and quotation through to completion.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a busy and successful team.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, managing customer accounts and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing accurate quotations for large format, POS, signage and small format digital projects
• Using an MIS quoting / estimating system to calculate costs and prepare quotations
• Liaising directly with customers to understand requirements and provide suitable print solutions
• Managing projects from enquiry through to production and delivery
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Working closely with production and other internal departments to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Following up quotations and identifying further commercial opportunities
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Estimator / Account Manager position within the print industry
• Strong working knowledge of an MIS quoting system – essential
• Excellent understanding of print processes and production requirements
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
