Collectors, the leading collectibles technology company, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead the lending program for our Financial Services business from our Santa Ana office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are considered, with onsite as needed for collaboration within a 1-hour radius.
You will draft loan and partner agreements, advise on regulation, and coordinate across legal and finance teams to stand up the program from the ground up while scaling with the business.
