Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

• Monday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Thursday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and building access practices to help deter unauthorized access and support daily operations within the location.
• Complete routine reports on patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance‑related concerns, and report issues that may impact tenants, visitors, and/or property operations.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Eligibility with criminal histories will be considered per applicable laws.
• Must undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
