Overview
Herzog Transit Services, Inc. is currently seeking Streetcar Technicians in Santa Ana, CA to join our team.
The pay rate for this position is $26.42 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:* This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
- Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards
- Interfaces with OC Streetcar Authority representatives and passengers
- Participate in the hazard identification and resolution process
- Attends all briefings for assignments and instructions
- Bring all necessary equipment to complete designated tasks to assigned locations
- Assist technicians with preventative maintenance and safety inspections on streetcars
- Assist technicians in responding to emergency recovery of streetcars on the main line
- Assist technicians with the preventative maintenance of workshop equipment
- Assist MOW Department with preventative maintenance and safety inspections of track, switches, signals, OCS, TPSS, and highway grade crossing protection warning systems
- Assist technicians in the repair of station platform equipment
- Clean
