Maintenance Mechanics Needed

Salary: $30 - $38 per hour

Our state‑of‑the‑art facility accommodates customizable baking equipment, enabling us to produce the finest quality products and meet customer needs.

This full‑time position requires a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve any issues with equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues that may impact production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and protocols to improve overall equipment reliability and efficiency.

• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical and mechanical components.
• Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
