• Direct and support field technicians to ensure all fire sprinkler repairs and modifications meet quality and safety benchmarks.
• Execute complex troubleshooting and system repairs to restore optimal functionality to fire protection infrastructure.
• Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and inspection reports to identify code non-compliance and provide actionable solutions.
• Coordinate daily field activities and manage project progress to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including work orders and detailed reports, to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of professional growth and safety awareness by providing hands-on training and guidance to the service team.
• Manage company-provided equipment and inventory to ensure field readiness and operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in fire protection, with a proven track record in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
• Valid Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and relevant state fire codes.

• Advanced proficiency in fire sprinkler system diagnostics and repair.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing field crews.
