Orangewood Foundation is seeking an Overnight Housing Support Specialist to supervise and support residents in a bridge home, up to ten residents, overnight shift. You will maintain a safe, healing environment and document progress for each resident.
The role requires trauma‑informed care, calm de‑escalation, and collaboration with the Care Coordinator to support youths aged 18–25 toward recovery and independence. A HS diploma is required; CA driver’s license and background checks are necessary.
