We're looking for a Talent Development Partner to join our Talent & Organizational Development team. This role will drive the successful execution and expansion of Talent & Organizational Development programs by owning program operations, learning systems, and digital content creation to enhance talent development  addition to the core role responsibilities the Talent Development Partner will have the opportunity to support a range of work streams under the Talent & Organizational Development umbrella as Collectors continues to grow and evolve, including but not limited to performance management, DEIB, and employee recognition.

You'll report to the Sr. Talent Development Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office (hybrid). Candidates near our Jersey City, NJ office or remote candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time.
