Forklift Driver

Job Description

The Forklift Driver plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by safely handling materials and equipment. Working independently and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position supports a medium-sized team by ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and organization of inventory while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently within the warehouse
• Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas
• Handle inventory to support accurate stock management
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in material handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Forklift Operator
• Strong knowledge of forklift operation and warehouse safety
• Experience in inventory management
• Attention to detail for accurate handling and reporting
