CDL Class A Driver​/Manual Transmission

Our organization is looking for a talented Truck Driver to become part of our crew. You will be tasked with the operation of manual transmission vehicles to haul various goods and materials to designated sites. This position utilizes day cabs, 53-foot reefers, and focuses on local, no-touch freight operations consisting strictly of drop-and-hook tasks.

The primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Transporting goods and materials between various sites, including distribution centers, retail hubs, or production facilities, which may involve night shifts or extended travel.
• Managing cargo pickup, verification, and delivery, while ensuring the vehicle remains within safe weight limits to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Adhering to all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies, including the proper arrangement and securement of all freight.
• Maintaining accurate logs of operational hours and verifying all necessary shipping documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinating effectively with dispatch personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Developing efficient travel routes to ensure all delivery deadlines are consistently met.

Candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy items, as well as climbing stairs, ladders, kneeling, or squatting.

• Successful completion of a background screening.
• Successful completion of a drug screening.
• Maintenance of a spotless driving record.
• Minimum of two years of professional driving experience.
• Legal authorization to work within the United States.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission equipment.

• Strong capabilities in time management and professional communication.

• Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Food and Beverage Manufacturing knowledge.
• Manual Drive Train and Axles operation.
• Refrigerated Warehouse environment experience.
