Forklift Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Standing Forklift Operator with deep reach experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise while operating a standing reach forklift in a fast-paced distribution environment. Flexible to work on weekends and this is a union position.

• Operate a standing reach (deep reach) forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, pick, and stage products accurately and efficiently
• Safely place and retrieve pallets from high rack shelving
• Perform routine equipment inspections before and after use
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Able to work in a refrigerated storage area

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2+ years of experience operating a standing reach forklift (deep reach required)
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment
• Ability to work in narrow aisles and at elevated heights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environments
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
