As a Document Warehouse Clerk, you can expect to work in a document production warehouse environment. You will be tasked with unpacking boxes of files/documents, staging for on‑site or off‑site storage, locating, and retrieving documents. This position is highly hands‑on and ideal for those who enjoy straightforward and repetitive tasks, are good with meeting deadlines and production goals. A background in any filing work, warehouse/fulfillment or related is helpful.
Key Responsibilities- Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval, including unloading banker boxes of documents and prepping for scan or on‑site filing.
- Work independently to meet or exceed daily production expectations.
- Read hand‑written file numbers and letters accurately.
- Identify where a file or document should be stored.
- Perform basic computer data entry and research as needed.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to security restrictions set by SPS/Client.
- Comply with device policy, including prohibitions on cell phones, digital cameras, or other imaging devices on the work floor.
- Follow a corporate casual dress code.
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.

- At least 1 year of experience in a document production warehouse environment; background in filing work or warehouse/fulfillment is helpful.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written customer service communication.
- Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving and proactive mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lift, push, or pull boxes of documents that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Possibly climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Fine and/or gross motor skills required to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a 50‑lb load capacity.
- Walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.
