We are seeking a Manager, Bakery – Warehouse - 1st Shift to join our team at our Santa Ana, CA bakery. As a Manager, Bakery – Warehouse - 1st Shift
, you will be accountable for leading all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution activities. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse performance while supporting production and customer service objectives.

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary Range: $85,800 - $112,285

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Develop and coach warehouse team members through training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, OSHA, DOT, GMP, and HACCP requirements across all warehouse processes.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO practices, inventory controls, and monthly inventory processes.
• Optimize warehouse workflows, schedules, resources, and material handling processes to improve productivity and service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to safety, quality, cost control, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with production, transportation, and leadership teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience in a food manufacturing, distribution, or related environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
• Previous sit-down forklift operating experience.
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. repeatedly and perform manual material handling activities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
