Job Description:
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations and GL/subsidiary ledgers reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports
- Maintain GL account subsidiary worksheets and data bases
- Assist with annual operating and capital budgets preparation
- Assist with regulatory and government reporting
- Assist with annual external audits preparation
- Perform month-end close
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
- Detail-oriented
- A team player
- Strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
