Role Description
We are a CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid bookkeeping foundation who is comfortable working with multiple clients and is interested in continuing to grow within public accounting
Qualifications- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience; public accounting or client-service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
- Experience with Quick Books Online required or strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential client information
