Sr. Accounts Receivable Accountant

We’re partnering with a well‑established and highly respected manufacturing company on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant.

This is a great role for an accounting professional who enjoys owning both the month‑end close process and the full‑cycle accounts receivable function. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact across accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, process improvements, and cross‑functional business partnerships.

Compensation: $83k to $108k + competitive benefits package.

Please note this is an onsite role in Carpinteria, CA.

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting, audits, and management analysis
• Oversee the full accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, cash applications, collections, credit management, and dispute resolution
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and internal controls

• Accounting Degree or similar
• 3‑5+ years of experience in GL, month/quarter close/reporting
• High transaction exposure, revenue/AR, account reconciliations
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Manufacturing and/or product‑related industry is nice to have
