Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

At Yardi, we're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Accountant to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this role, you'll manage key accounting functions including general ledger activities, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable,revenue reconciliations, and month-end close processes. You'll analyze financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance with GAAP, global accounting standards, and company policies while contributing to timely and accurate financial reporting.

As a valued member of our accounting team, you'll alsoassist with tax filings, audits, contract and billing reviews, supplier invoice processing, and projects that support business growth and operational excellence. Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting activities for a multi-entity environment in compliance with accounting controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Analyze financial data and transactions using established accounting principles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and financialintegrity.

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports that support business operations, decision-making, and compliance objectives.

Perform a variety of general accounting and financial reporting functions, with responsibilities focused on one or more specialized accounting areas (Sales tax accounting, International GST and VAT taxes, International accounting and payroll, Sales and use tax regulations and filing requirements).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Five plus (5+) years of accounting experience
Experience with foreign currency consolidations
• Prior experience with internal and external audits
• Knowledge and understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Knowledge of global payroll regulation and accounting standards
• Knowledge of database report writing
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proficiency in 10-key and MS Office applications
• Advanced Excel skills using Pivot Table and Power Query
• Understanding and ability to interpret financial statements
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in public accounting
• Experience in multi-entity accounting
• International accounting experience

Annual Salary Range: $ 84,800 - $95,400
