Staff Accountant

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger adjustments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
