Overview

Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls
  • Entering maintenance work orders, bills, and rents
  • Organizing and distributing mail
  • General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.)
  • Greeting walk-in clients
  • Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
Qualifications
  • Driver's License
  • Car (and proof of insurance)
