Overview
Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls
- Entering maintenance work orders, bills, and rents
- Organizing and distributing mail
- General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.)
- Greeting walk-in clients
- Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
- Driver's License
- Car (and proof of insurance)
- Upbeat, kind, and positive attitude
