As a Front Desk Receptionist
, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Providing emotional support and assistance to residents and their families, as needed
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments, events, and activities with ease
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all
