Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician in Nashville, TN to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. You will diagnose brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and A/C with ongoing formal training and a focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, maintaining ASE certifications within two years, and communicating complex issues clearly to customers.
