As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers and be responsible for retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion. You will coordinate internally with engineering and support teams, manage vendor and carrier work streams when needed, and run a consistent cadence of customer touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations with business owners and IT leaders.
Compensation: $27 - $33 hourly
