Working Superintendent​/Foreman

Cushman Contracting Corporation is seeking a hard-working Foreman/Superintendent.

This is a hands-on, “bags-on” leadership position. We are looking for someone who is willing to work alongside the crew while also directing daily field operations, coordinating employees, equipment, subcontractors, and materials, and helping ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

The ideal candidate has experience in heavy civil construction and is interested in taking on a leadership role. Our projects include water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, excavation, concrete work, and marine construction.

Housing is available for employees who travel. All of our projects pay prevailing wage.
