Client Services Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Specialist to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting clients with their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide clear solutions to clients.

- Assist customers in navigating multiple browsers and platforms to resolve technical challenges.

- Ensure customer success by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure resolution.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Handle high-volume call center interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding company products and services.

- Continuously update knowledge of company offerings to deliver accurate information to clients. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center customer service or a similar role.

- Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and technical platforms.

- Strong skills in email correspondence and clear communication.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems effectively.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer success outcomes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
