Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help ensure a memorable stay at our luxury property on the Santa Barbara coast.
The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, flexible AM/MID/PM shifts (weekends and holidays), and the ability to stand for full shifts. Prior knowledge of OnQ PM System for Front Desk is a plus.
