We are a highly collaborative, design-centric office looking for an ideal candidate who has excellent technical knowledge of architecture, as well as experience leading teams and developing creative solutions for unique challenges.

Skills & Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture
- Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required
- Revit modeling literacy required
- Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture
- Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents
- Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects
