A Santa Barbara-based architectural firm specializing in high-end residential design is seeking a full-time Project Designer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the principal architect, possessing the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced team environment. They should excel at articulating processes, directions, and solutions while managing project details. Our firm is committed to delivering a top-tier client experience and inspiring design, all while promoting a positive work-life balance.
This position requires on-site presence and is not remote.
- Project Designer: 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD (REQUIRED)
- Experience in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction.
- Strong design and graphic skills
- Proficiency in Adobe software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Familiarity with California permitting process.
- Some travel involved.
