We are seeking an experienced Architect, Project Designer, or BIM/Revit Specialist to join a collaborative and creative design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working on a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to innovative architectural and interior design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs and construction documents for a variety of project types.
  • Create and maintain BIM/Revit models throughout all phases of design and documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards.
  • Participate in project planning, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and design challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or a related design field preferred.
  • Experience working as an Architect, Architectural Designer, or BIM/Revit Specialist.
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
  • Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Experience preparing construction documents for commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed use projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
