As Admissions Coordinator, you will guide families through their entire journey—from initial inquiry to final enrollment—ensuring each touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and excellence. Your responsibilities include managing daily correspondence, organizing impactful admissions experiences, and maintaining precise applicant data that supports sound enrollment decisions.

What You Will Be Doing- Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considered, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
- Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
- Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether held on campus or virtually
- Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
- Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up tasks with current and accurate information
- Develop admissions policy or render final enrollment decisions
- Function in an entirely administrative capacity without direct family engagement
- Navigate a slow-moving, heavily procedural institutional setting
- Emphasize relationship cultivation without corresponding operational rigor and accountability
Key Responsibilities
This position ensures that a frictionless, high-conversion admissions process fuels robust enrollment outcomes and elevated family satisfaction across Alpha's campuses.
Basic Requirements- Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable domain
- 2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate exceptional reliability and precision
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate applicant files or CRM systems
- Capable of managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
- Quick to adjust and flourish in a fast-moving, mission-centered organization
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in San Francisco, CA;
Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
