St. Raphael School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated teacher to join our vibrant Catholic school community. Applicant should be driven, willing to collaborate effectively with grade level team members, possess strong classroom management skills, and take initiative. Instructor will implement engaging lessons and monitor student progress for all core subjects including English language arts, math, religion, social studies, and science.

The ideal candidate must be a team player, willing to positively contribute to the community life of the school, and be a good Catholic role model.

• Plan and deliver lessons that challenge and inspire students to develop reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Integrate Catholic teachings and values into the classroom environment.
• Establish a positive, structured, and respectful classroom culture.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

• Valid teaching credential or currently working toward certification.
• Strong passion for teaching students and building their confidence in all content areas.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to the mission of Catholic education and the ability to integrate faith and learning.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
