• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—coaching rather than lecturing, at peer level.
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to facilitate individualized pacing for each learner.
• Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks.
• Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored development planning.
• Advancing Alpha’s educational model through contributions of data analysis, actionable insights, and innovative thinking.

Cultivating enthusiasm for learning in young students while enabling 2x faster academic progress through AI‑powered methods.

• Ability to work on‑site at one of these locations:
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA;
  Miami, FL;
  Chicago, IL;
  Santa Barbara, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top‑tier academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive recognition, etc.).
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no requirement for visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
