You have accomplished difficult things. You have operated inside genuine standards. You understand the distinction between effort and execution. If you are ready to apply that discipline in a setting where it reshapes a young person's path, this position is designed for you.

Alpha School leverages AI-powered 1:1 learning, enabling students to complete core academics in approximately two hours daily. The remaining time is allocated to life skills, passion-based projects, and meaningful development. At our most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor who can assess the environment, establish expectations, and guide them through resistance, distraction, and uncertainty.

This is not conventional teaching. You will not deliver lectures, assign grades, or develop curriculum. You will coach. You will facilitate demanding life-skills workshops. You will interpret data to identify what is limiting a student's progress, then drive accountability with precision and empathy until they execute.

If you possess an elite credential and a history of elevating others' performance, we want to speak with you. Apply to help create a campus culture where students arrive prepared, develop real competencies, and surpass ambitious benchmarks.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions that convert student objectives into reliable execution and trackable progress
  • Leverage analytics and student objectives to identify obstacles and create ambitious, personalized motivation strategies
  • Facilitate rigorous life-skills workshops through authentic storytelling, structured reflection, and practical application, then evaluate mastery
  • Oversee daily opening moments that establish culture, uphold high expectations, and prepare students before work begins
  • Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and thoughtful judgment
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Instruct classes, deliver lectures, or provide tutoring in a traditional instructor capacity
  • Develop curriculum, generate lesson plans, or evaluate student work
  • Supervise adults, oversee campus operations, or assume administrative leadership responsibilities
  • Compromise standards to achieve short-term compliance or superficial success
