The Department of Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara invites applications for a pool of qualified lecturers to teach undergraduate or graduate Computer Science and AI courses. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed.

The number of positions varies quarter to quarter, depending on departmental need. Positions may range from one quarter to one year, with potential for reappointment. They may be 33% to 100% time.

The posting remains open until March 31, 2027. If you wish to continue to be considered after that, a new application is required if the position is advertised again.
