Part‑Time Instructor – Noncredit Photography (Workforce Preparation)

Salary: $73.59 per hour (Lecture) / $55.20 per hour (Lab). With an advanced degree: $76.73 per hour (Lecture) / $57.54 per hour (Lab).

Job Type: Part‑time, Non‑credit Faculty.

Location: Wake Campus, CA.

Provide quality instruction in photography courses, create an engaging learning environment, encourage discussion, and support student learning outside of class.

• Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of professional experience, or associate degree with six years of professional experience. Professionals with a master’s degree must have related experience.
• Possession of a California Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential in photography, or, if teaching apprenticeship, meet the minimum qualifications specified in the Board's apprenticeship guidelines.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity and inclusive teaching practices.

• Current or prior experience teaching photography.
• Experience teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
