Traditional schools set expectations for students. You'll guide them to surpass their own limits.
Each student possesses untapped potential beyond what they currently recognize. Many adults reduce expectations when students face difficulty. Your approach is the reverse. You understand that genuine confidence doesn't emerge from empty compliments. It develops when someone achieves what they previously considered beyond their reach. If you've consistently refused to allow a student, player, camper, or mentee to give up on themselves, this work will resonate with you.
Alpha has redesigned education around one core premise: AI excels at academic delivery, while exceptional people excel dents advance through core curriculum via adaptive AI-driven learning platforms. Your role centers on cultivating what technology cannot—discipline, grit, articulate communication, personal accountability, concentration, and the conviction that worthwhile pursuits require effort. Your days won't involve lecture preparation or assignment grading. Instead, you'll coach students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful growth, and guide them toward achievements they once deemed unattainable.
Approximately 60% of your time involves facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills sessions covering subjects such as public presentation, concentration techniques, leadership principles, and constructive feedback exchange. Roughly 30% is dedicated to individual or small-group coaching, leveraging Coachbot analytics to determine which students require support, accountability, or modified strategies. The final 10% encompasses data analysis, coaching methodology refinement, and preparation to help students enter the following week stronger.
You'll begin with established workshop structures, then enhance and expand them as you identify more effective methods for inspiring young people.
Performance metrics are measurable. A minimum of 90% of your students should reliably meet weekly academic targets, demonstrate proficiency in Alpha's life skills via Test2
Pass evaluations, and provide ratings of at least 4 out of 5 for their experience with you. Maintain this benchmark consistently and you'll advance to Lead Guide, mentoring fellow Guides, and ultimately Campus Lead, where you'll influence the culture and outcomes of an entire campus.
This position doesn't suit individuals seeking to lecture from curricula or simply occupy students with busywork. It's designed for coaches, mentors, youth program leaders, performers, tutors, and educators whose success metric is student transformation. Every final candidate completes a full-day coaching session with actual Alpha students before an offer is extended. If that prospect excites you more than a standard interview, we want to hear from you.
