The University of California, Santa Barbara's Department of Music seeks a part-time, non-tenure track lecturer to teach Mariachi, lead the ensemble, and present at least one performance each academic quarter.
Basic qualifications include a minimum of one year teaching Mariachi; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; and demonstrated subject matter expertise in Mariachi performance.
Preferred qualifications include experience teaching in a higher education or post-secondary setting.
