The strongest leaders understand that success is not defined by their individual achievements. It is defined by the accomplishments of those they lead.
If you have a history of developing high-performing teams, elevating others beyond their perceived limits, and excelling in settings where high standards are non-negotiable, this opportunity lets you bring those capabilities to a role that directly influences the next generation.
At Alpha, students do not sit through traditional lectures. Academic mastery is achieved through adaptive technology, while Guides concentrate on coaching, motivation, accountability, and essential life skills. As a Lead Guide, you will recruit and develop the team that executes this model—coaching Guides, cultivating leadership, and establishing an environment where students routinely surpass expectations.
This is not an instructional coaching position, nor is it traditional classroom teaching. You will not spend time reviewing lesson plans or observing lectures, because neither exists in this model. Instead, your focus will be on building a high-performance culture by coaching Guides, facilitating impactful life skills workshops, and inspiring students to pursue and achieve ambitious objectives. Your effectiveness will be measured by the caliber of student experiences, team performance metrics, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to meet them.
Alpha is constructing the world's leading K-12 experience. That demands leaders who have already demonstrated an ability to elevate the performance of others, make decisions grounded in objective data, and champion innovative approaches instead of defending outdated conventions. If that reflects your track record, we want to speak with you.
This position is currently available at select Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;
Raleigh, NC;
New York City, NY;
Orange County, CA; and Santa Barbara, CA.
If you are based in one of these areas—or willing to relocate—we welcome your application. Outstanding candidates from other locations are also encouraged to apply. As Alpha expands, we consistently connect exceptional leaders with opportunities throughout our growing campus network.
