Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, mechanically inclined Quality, Test & Compliance Engineer to support our global operations and drive continuous improvement across our products, systems, and manufacturing processes. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable working at a computer, in a test lab, and right on the production floor.

- Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to diagnose, test, and resolve a wide range of product and process challenges.
- Evaluate components firsthand, perform functional and validation testing, assess tolerances and fit, and investigate failures at their source.
- Lead thorough root cause investigations and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure product excellence.
- Translate production insights and data into sustainable engineering and quality improvements.
- Design, fabricate, and maintain inspection fixtures, gauges, and test equipment to support automation and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- Five to seven years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality assurance environments.
- Extensive hands‑on capability in working with tools, machines, and equipment.
- A strong understanding of dimensional inspection, functional testing, and defect identification.
- Experience with nonconformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in machining, fabrication, welding, and fixture design.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
