- Act as the technical lead for IRC in the areas of product test, including hardware, software and firmware.
- Act as the technical lead for documenting internal camera and software test procedures, and serve as the first line of support when issues arise with the product or systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and functional analysis when customers report issues; work with the engineering team to document and resolve camera product issues discovered through in‑house camera testing.
- Work with the engineering and product teams to create and maintain robust product documentation supporting the sales cycle and field usage of our products by customers, including Camera Product Datasheets, Optical/Mechanical ICDs, Command Set ICDs, CAD models, and Manuals/User Guides.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, channeling feedback to product management and engineering teams for consideration in future developments.
- BS in a related field or five years of practical experience in a technical work environment.
- Hands‑on build and test skills, as well as engineering design and analysis abilities.
