Associate Program Manager

Associate Program Manager – reporting to the Staff Program Manager, located onsite in Goleta, CA.

• Coordinate all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, serving as the single point of contact for the customer.
• Maintain performance responsibility for the program and regularly deliver status updates to management.
• Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts, and other shared resources.
• Coordinate between many different internal and external groups within and outside Moog.

• Minimum of a BS Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant program management experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably Aerospace or Defense.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to access U.S. export‑controlled information and eligibility for security clearance.

Base salary range: $–$ annually for Santa Barbara, CA. The range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
