Job DescriptionWorking hours: 8am - 5pm; 40+ hours/week; OT is expected.
Scope of Position:
- Responsible for semiconductor / MEMs processes including thin film depositions, wet etching, photolithography.
- Work with engineering to qualify new equipment, execute experiments, modify equipment and processes.
- Coordinate and execute experiments, including equipment setup, change management, tracking, and data collection.
Required
Education:
BS or related work experience.
Required Skills:
- Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition.
- Fluids handling; wet and dry processes.
- Equipment modifications and build.
Desired
Skills:
- Experience across semiconductor / MEMs processes.
- Qualify new equipment, experiment execution, process modification.
- Coordinate experiments, setup, change management, data collection.
- Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE.
- Cleanroom protocols, fabrication of thin film structures or devices.
- Leadership experience in small teams or labs.
- Design of Experiments and execution.
Manager must haves:
- Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition.
- Fluids handling; wet and dry processes.
- Equipment modifications and build.
- Experience with the scientific process.
