Working hours:
8am - 5pm;
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40+ OT is expected Scope of Position:
* Candidate will have responsibility across a wide variety of semiconductor/MEMs processes including thin film depositions, wet etching, photolithography.
* Candidate will work with the engineering team to qualify new equipment, execute experiments, modify equipment and process.
* Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing experiments including equipment setup, change management, experiment tracking, and data collection. Required
Education:
BS or related prior work experience
Required Skills:
* Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition
* Fluids handling; wet and dry processes
* Equipment modifications, build Desired
Skills:
* Candidate will have responsibility across a wide variety of semiconductor/MEMs processes including thin film depositions, wet etching, photolithography.
* Candidate will work with the engineering team to qualify new equipment, execute experiments, modify equipment and process.
* Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing experiments including equipment setup, change management, experiment tracking, and data collection.
* Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE
* Clean room protocols. Fabrication of thin film structures or devices.
* Demonstrated small team/lab leadership experience.
* Design of Experiments and execution
Manager must haves:
* Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition
* Fluids handling; wet and dry processes
* Equipment modifications, build
* Experience with the scientific process
